Barbara Borusiak

an associate professor at Poznan University of Economics (Poland), in the Department of Commerce and Marketing on the Faculty of Management. Specializes in marketing and commerce. Most interested in systems of distribution, models and strategies of retailers’ growth, retailers’ internationalization and innovations in distribution and in the retail sector. Currently conducts research on the personalization of the offers, the attitudes regarding privacy of buyers and on the attractiveness of the shopping centers. Member of the program committee of „Handel wewnętrzny w Polsce” (Commerce in Poland) – a report edited annually by Institute for Market, Consumption and Business Cycles Research in Warsaw (Poland). Participant of the international project European strategic partnership Erasmus+: “Food quality and consumer studies” (2014-2017).

Robert Romanowski

Ph. D, lecturer at The Poznań University of Economics, Faculty of Management, Department of Commerce and Marketing, Poland. The Author and co-author of 6 monographs and over 60 papers on local and regional innovation systems, local development, place marketing, including creating the social capital for economy, modern consumption trends and consumer ethnocentrism. For over twelve years an expert of innovation policy for Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region in Poznań. A consultant in local governance policy and strategic management policy for local and regional institutions and authorities. Co-author of the reports on the potential for the development of an innovative environment entities. Hobby: snowboard, bridge, volleyball, modern and innovative concepts of management and Antonio Gaudi architecture.

Bartłomiej Pierański

Ph. D, for fifteen years lecturer at The Poznań University of Economics, Faculty of Management, Department of Commerce and Marketing, Poland. The Author and co-author of 3 monographs and over 30 papers on competitive strategies in retailing, perceived quality of retail service, in-store consumer behavior as well as business networks. He is engaged in many scientific and educational projects financed by NCN (National Science Center) or Erasmus Plus and Norwegian Funds. He also carried out number of joint projects with government institutions (such as Office of Competition and Customer Protection) and other market entities.
